Custom Orders
Quadrix Energy reserves the right to charge and deliver up to 5% over-run on all orders for custom made or non-standard product.
Delivery Areas
Auckland delivery area is defined by the boundary of:
- Orewa in the North
- Maraetai in the East
- Drury in the South
- Helensville in the West
Other Metropolitan areas:
- North Island delivery area is defined as all other North Island towns.
- South Island delivery area is defined as all South Island towns.
Quadrix Energy adds a surcharge for deliveries to remote areas.
Deliveries to site require a responsible receiver to be present and sign for the goods at the time of delivery. If no responsible receiver can be located, delivery, return and storage surcharges will apply.
Returns Policy
- Product manufactured to order is not returnable.
- Product will only be accepted for return on the following basis:
- Goods are returned within 30 days of original invoice date,
- Contact is made with Quadrix Energy Customer Services and a Return Authority Number is issued prior to the goods being returned. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval,
- Freight is pre-paid,
- Goods are received unopened and in a saleable condition,
- All returns are subject to a 25% return fee.
