Warranty Conditions
As stated clearly on your warranty card for the warranty to be valid there are several conditions that must be met.
- Your installer is required to complete the following:
- Provide you with an original copy of the electrical compliance certificate.
- Provide you with an original copy of the plumbing compliance certificate.
- Certify that you have received the operating Manual supplied with your product.
- Certify that you have been instructed in the use of your instant hot water system with particular emphasis on purging the hot water line after a water supply interruption.
- Date and sign the Warranty Card.
- You must return the warranty card to us via mail within 21 days of the install completion.
Warranty Repairs
For all repairs under warranty please contact your installer in the first instance.
If you were not the original purchaser please find the serial number of your EEMAX instant hot water heater and search our database here.
Warranty Exclusion
The warranty applies to the installation at the original property. In no case shall the warranty be transferrable between properties even when the term of the warranty has not expired and irrespective of whether the installation at any subsequent property has been completed in the prescribed manner or not.
