Provided that ALL warranty conditions have been met: Element Warranty. Heater Element Cartridges are guaranteed for a period of ONE YEAR from date of installation. Full Factory Warranty. Heaters are guaranteed against failure due to leaks of the heater body or element for a period of FIVE YEARS. Installation Warranty. Heaters are guaranteed against failure due to poor workmanship for a period of TEN YEARS.
